Internal Journeys
The longing for connection and belonging is about biology, we are physiologically wired to connect with others. However, our culture, work environments, family dynamics, and intimate relationships make feeling safe and connected scary.
In these workshops, you will begin a journey to first discover then listen to, befriend, and attend to your nervous system with compassion. When you do this, you can change how you react and behave in your environment and in relationships.

Practicing
Autenticity & Conflict
PAC is an educational and support group for women who have been conditioned to accommodate others before considering themselves and haven't been allowed to show up, be seen, or even discover, who they are at their core. This group will guide you into the exploration of anger, grief, and other emotional expressions that have been exiled by our culture to find your authentic self and then it will teach you how to show up in conflicts without fear or lose yourself.
