Practicing Authenticity & Conflict 

PAC is for women who have been conditioned to accommodate others before considering themselves and haven't been allowed to show up, or even discover, who they are at their core. This group will guide you into the exploration of anger, grief and other emotional expression that has been exiled by our culture with the purpose of finding your authentic self and then teach you how to show up in conflicts without fear or losing yourself.
